I have a good degree in Latin and English from Nottingham University, where I was also editor of the student magazine. I am a qualified proofreader and copy-editor with several years' professional experience in the production and editing of high-quality academic and fundraising publications including brochures, magazines, newsletters, annual records and reports.
Most recently I was the Publications Officer at St John's College, one of the largest colleges in the world-famous University of Cambridge. This role required not only attention to detail but also flexibility, superb organisation skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels and to deliver top-quality literature. I am proficient in Italian, and I am a fast and accurate typist.
